Your mission as an AI Engineer
Good AI doesn’t stop at the model. As an AI Engineer, you help design, build, and integrate AI-powered solutions, informed by the latest developments and grounded in what really works. Together with colleagues from different disciplines, you design and implement solutions that address the actual business needs of our clients, not technology for technology’s sake.
What you’ll do
- Design and build AI solutions end-to-end, from concept to production.
- Design and implement agentic systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with colleagues and client teams across roles and capabilities.
- Help operationalise and scale AI solutions.
- Contribute to our internal AI roadmap, research, knowledge sharing, and evolving our best practices and way of working.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and software development.
- Strong Python skills and solid software engineering principles.
- A genuine interest in GenAI and agentic solutions.
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and how to scale AI solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A proactive mindset, you work well both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
