Cronos Public Services & Arinti

What the partnership brings

Deep AI expertise meets public-sector know-how

This partnership pairs extensive AI and data engineering experience with decades spent working inside the public sector. Together, we cover the full spectrum, from shaping an AI strategy that fits the unique challenges of public governance to building production-grade multi-agent platforms for massive public audiences. For public sector clients, this means deep expertise and professional delivery, fully aligned with the governance, procurement, and service-delivery standards that government bodies operate under. There is no friction between technical ambition and the realities and challenges that are unique to the public sector.

Who is Cronos Public Services?

The public-sector specialist within the Cronos Group

Cronos Public Services (CPS) has been the dedicated bridge between the Cronos Group and the Belgian public sector for over twenty years. They work directly with federal agencies, regional administrations, and local governments. Their role is to manage relationships, navigate procurement, and co-create solutions alongside competence centres like Arinti, bringing the governance and service-delivery experience that the public sector demands.

Arinti in the public sector

We know the terrain

Arinti has been delivering AI in the public sector for years, and it shows in our work. We understand the constraints that shape public-sector projects: governance, accountability, GDPR, citizen impact, and the weight of decisions made with public resources. Working in the public sector takes more than technical expertise. It demands an understanding of the unique context and challenges that come with it. Our consultants have built domain knowledge across the Federal and Flemish governments, local municipalities, and semi-public institutions such as hospitals. That experience shows in our references. For Stad Kortrijk, we built the first GenAI-powered virtual assistant on a Flemish municipal website, answering citizen questions in plain Dutch directly from the city's own content. At KMSKA, we are exploring AI applications for cultural heritage, while our work with FOD Financiën focuses on data and AI maturity at the federal level. And in Stad Mechelen and several Flemish hospitals, we deliver pragmatic AI projects embedded in day-to-day public service. Different organisations, different problems, same approach.
