Being part of Hyperion changes what a single AI project can become. Sister competence centres collaborate on the same accounts, so a data and AI engagement can grow into a broader programme when the client needs it to, with the people who already know the context. It also works the other way around: a customer experience or platform project at another Hyperion company frequently sparks an AI opportunity that lands with us. Our work with Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center is a good illustration. Arinti leads the data and AI strategy, covering governance, data architecture, and EU AI Act compliance, while complementary capabilities inside the group extend the programme well beyond what any single competence centre could deliver alone.
