Academy days

We believe your job should be a personal enrichment. That is why we heavily invest in all kinds of training and learning opportunities, both on and offline. We give our people unlimited access to a bunch of learning platforms, seminars and conferences. At least four times a year we organize our ‘Academy Days’ to enable knowledge sharing between all our consultants working on different projects. These Academy Days are a great way to catch-up with and learn from Arinti colleagues.  The days always end on a fun team activity.

We work with customers that are pushing the limits of what’s technically possible. That’s why we believe it’s extremely important to train our employees and give them every opportunity we can to work on their skills.

Challenging projects that fit your profile

At Arinti, challenging jobs and career opportunities await you. You will even get the opportunity to choose the type of customer you prefer: some projects are long-term and require your presence at the customer’s offices for months or even years on end. Other projects are short-term assignments, for instance for prototyping, training and problem-solving.
